未来信息学院 机器人与自主无人系统 课题组(Fudan-RAS)
课题组以以机器人与自主系统的全栈技术研发为导向,研发全自主智能机器人系统为目标,开展相关基础研究与技术基座,并发表高影响力论文。
课题组主要研究方向围绕智能机器人与自主无人系统开展,涵盖具身智能、视觉感知、精准操作、农业机器人、自主导航、SLAM、云端机器人系统、机器人采摘与灵巧操作、工业视觉检测分析、深度强化学习、智能工业机器人、特种机器人等。 先后承担或参与国家、省部级及产学研课题30余项。包括承担科技部重点研发计划子课题1项,国家自然科学基金1项,上海市自然科学基金1项,教育部博士点基金1项、上海农委科技兴农项目2项,企业联合研究中心1项、青海科技厅重点研发项目1项等。在国内外核心期刊发表论文50余 篇,申报发明专利20余项。在相关研究工作方面,实验室在智能感知、控制、农业机器人、设施农业,在3D目标检测、目标6D位姿估计、移动机器人导航与SLAM等方面均取得相关突破,相关成果发表或被录用在《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》《Robotics and Autonomous System》《Computers and Electronics in Agri culture》《ICRA》《IROS》《ROBIO》等国内外顶级期刊和会议。
实验室配备有多种自主机器人研发平台、传感器、计算工作站、3D打印机、测试系统等,可为相关研究提供充足的保障和支撑。
1.主要研究方向
机器人系统设计(Robot Design):涵盖多种形态机器人(地面移动、操作臂、移动操作一体化等)的机械结构、电气系统与集成平台设计,强调性能、模块化与实际可部署性。
自主导航(Autonomous Navigation):聚焦于机器人在复杂动态环境中的感知、建图、定位与路径规划技术,涉及视觉SLAM、多传感器融合、全局与局部路径规划、多机器人协同导航等关键问题。
自主操作(Manipulation & Mobile Manipulation):研究机器人在未知或半结构化环境中的自主抓取、操作与任务执行能力,结合感知、决策与控制实现灵巧操作,特别关注移动操作平台(Mobile Manipulation Systems)的智能行为生成。

课题组招收对机器人与人工智能有兴趣、能坚持、有能力的学生。
已经培养学生和工程师近40余名,毕业生去向:海外知名高校(全球TOP50)深造、成功创业、知名企业与重要机构就业等,课题组采用“工程+学术”双轨驱动,采用“工程实践与学术深度并重”的“T“细胞型人才培养体系。在掌握数理算法的同时,深入一线场景,开展从底层机械设计、嵌入式开发到上层算法优化的全流程训练 。 得益于综合性实战训练,毕业生具备极高岗位适配度与核心竞争力,主要流向华为、腾讯、大疆、理想、比亚迪等行业领军企业。行业反馈显示,毕业生入职后能迅速打破学术与工程壁垒,快速承接核心研发任务。部分毕业生在头部企业迅速成长为技术骨干,拔尖人才短时间内晋升为研发部门负责人。
